Beef is sold at $5.00 per pound hanging weight, with processing costs paid directly by the customer.

A Legacy of Farmers
This isn’t just beef, it’s the result of generations of work.
Our family is 5 generations deep in agriculture, with 3 generations on this same farm in Grant, Michigan Grant, Mike, and Kolin. The same ground and the same values have simply been carried forward.
My grandfather Grant attended Michigan State University where he earned a degree in agricultural education and went on to teach agriculture in Grant, helping shape the next generation of farmers. My dad also attended Michigan State University and earned a degree in microbiology, bringing a strong science based perspective into our operation.
I followed that same path and earned my degree in agribusiness management from Michigan State University, continuing to build on what they started.
For over 60 years, we have maintained and built upon the same core bloodlines of cattle, selecting for quality, consistency, and performance year after year. That kind of foundation is something that is built over time, not rushed.
Everything we do is centered around long term legacy. We raise our cattle with the mindset that what we are building today should be better for the next generation. That means focusing on quality over quantity and doing things the right way.
